When you complete our enquiry form we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the service you're interested in, and anything you write in the message field. You give us this information voluntarily so we can respond to your enquiry.
Information collected automatically. If — and only if — you accept analytics cookies, we collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics 4: the pages you visit, how you arrived, and general details about your device, browser and approximate (city-level) location. This data is pseudonymised and is not used to identify you personally.
How we use your information, and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the free audit or information you asked for — on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to genuine business enquiries.
- To follow up about the services you asked about — on the basis of our legitimate interest in developing business relationships. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To measure and improve the website using analytics — only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Cookies & similar technologies
We do not set any non-essential cookies until you accept them using the banner shown on your first visit. We use Google Consent Mode v2, which means analytics and advertising storage stay switched off by default until you choose “Accept”.

Who we share it with
We only share data with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes:

- Resend — delivers your enquiry to us by email.
- Slack — notifies our team of a new enquiry.
- Google Analytics — website analytics (only with your consent).

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch — and then we delete them. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings (up to 14 months).
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
